 D. Extra cushions or cushion covers 

 You can order any extra cushions or cushion covers for daily changing , and our cushion covers can be removable and machine washable.

E. Extra rain covers .

To make your outdoor furniture longer life time , or protect it from heavy rain , snow or dog biting . A rain cover is very  necessary. We can make it just fit to your own furniture , just let us know when you need one when you order your outdoor furniture from us ! 

 PS : Normal colors are "black " ,if you prefer some other colors ,please feel free to let us know .

1.How to order from us ?
Step 1: Choose the item you like , send us an inquiry :)

Step 2:We will send quotation , our terms , our rattan/aluminum /rope/teak and fabric chart for you to select ,confirm our delivery time and payment terms . (Here you can choose  your own customized colors of rattan and fabric ! ) 

Step 3:Place order and make the payment to us and please send us the bank receipt .

Step 4:during the production time we will communicate  with you about the details of your order and keep you update ! 

Step 5:Before shipping , we will make the detailed and high resoluation photos to send to you to check the quality , and you are welcome to send any thirdparty inspect agent to come to our factory to check the quality too ! 

Step 6:After you confirm the goods in the photo, we will send them to the port for shipment.

Step 7:We will clear the customs our side and the goods get on board and after that we will send you documents .

Step 8:When the goods arrive ,  the shipping company will contact you ,you can get the goods after customs clearance.

2.MOQ : 1sets / items or mixed container acceptable ( max can mix 5 items for 40HQ )

3.Our delivery time : 30-45 days after deposit .

4.EXW,FOB ,CIF, DDU,DDP terms are all acceptable .

5.Our rattan has SGS certification , Our fabric has SCT certification and our products have SCT and CE certification .
